MINNESOTA NAMES SCHOOL AFTER OBAMA

Shout out to LiveSteez for the story...President Obama is making headlines again as he prompts our people for change. Recently a Minnesota Elementary School names its institution after him.
The student body of the liberal Minnesota town is 71 percent African-American, 16 percent Asian-American, 7 percent Caucasian and five percent Hispanic. The voters in that county overwhelmingly showed their love ans support for President Obama during the past election.
The majority of the people were behind the decision and rightly so.

The May 19 vote was approved 5 to 1 and the only opponent on the board was a registered republican Tom Conlon, who believes Obama "hasn't passed the test of time."

A spokeswoman for General Services Administration Renee Miscione said, “we have had buildings named after living individuals, but as a rule, they are no longer holding office. With federal judges, who are appointed for life, we don’t name buildings after them until they are deceased.”
